I Need Some Help

It's difficult to ask for help. That said, it isn't for me, but for my husband. He needs a hernia repair, and, believe it not, blogging on here, doing transcription work, and running an Etsy store just does not come anywhere close to paying our bills. He, on the other hand, is a Journeyman electrician with the IBEW local 48. His income pays the bills. We need him to be alive, whole, and not in pain. We, my three year old daughter and I, love him very much.

With a 4-6 week recovery, and 20% out of pocket for an expensive surgery, we just don't have the money to cover it. We cannot afford to have it done, but we cannot afford to wait, either. He honestly could die if his intestines become strangulated and he needs emergency surgery (emergency inguinal hernia repair has a high mortality rate).
